Captain Lisa Sestile Corcoran of the U. S. Army JAG Corps recently returned from a one-year deployment in Iraq. Captain Corcoran joined the Army four years ago and is currently stationed at Fort Lewis, WA. She is a graduate of Notre Dame and the American University Law School. She also is a 1997 recipient of the A. O. Smith Scholarship. Her father, Rick Sestile, is a field sales engineer for A. O. Smith Electrical Products Company.
A. O. Smith also thanks George H. Light Jr. and James D. Butler III, employees of our Johnson City, Tenn., facility. George returned home safely on Nov. 2 after a one-year deployment in Iraq. He is a member of the 776th Maintenance Unit of the Army National Guard.
James, a member of the Army National Guard 412th Engineer Command, is currently serving a 400-day assignment in Iraq.
