Helen E. Gurholt
Vice President – Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis
Helen Gurholt was named vice president of investor relations, financial planning and analysis in December 2021. In this role, she oversees the company's investor relations, financial planning and analysis, as well as its treasury and insurance functions.
Helen joined A. O. Smith as accounting supervisor in 2002. She was promoted several times to roles with increasing responsibilities including director of accounting in 2013 and vice president and controller in 2019.
Helen is a member of the Manufacturers Alliance Investor Relations Council and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She serves on the executive council of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Policy Forum, the board of directors of Milwaukee Women Inc. and the American Red Cross of Wisconsin Southeast Chapter.
Helen earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a certified public accountant.
