Information for Commercial Verifiers

Commercial verifiers must register through T&C's Verifier Portal to obtain employment and wage verifications for A. O. Smith employees. Registered users have secure, 24/7 access to verifications with a permissible purpose and employee consent.

  3. Complete registration to gain secure access to verifications.

Information for Government Verifiers

Government agencies may register through T&C's Government Portal to obtain employment, wage and social service verifications for A. O. Smith employees. Approved users have secure, 24/7 access to social service verifications at no cost.

Information for Current and Former Employees

Thomas & Company's Employee Access Portal provides secure access to your employment and wage verification information.

·        For employment-only verification, no action is required after providing your consent and company code (AOS).

·        If wage verification is required, you will need to generate a verifier PIN and share it with the lender or other authorized requestor.

Generate a Verifier PIN

  1. Visit tncverify.com and select Get Started > Employee Access.
  2. Sign in using your personal information and company code (AOS).
  3. Complete the two-factor authentication process.
  4. Generate a verifier PIN and share it with the authorized requestor.
