Aaron W. Saak
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Saak joined the A. O. Smith Board of Director in April 2026 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Since 2022, Mr. Saak has served as president and chief executive officer of Crane NXT, Co., which specializes in providing advanced technology solutions for authentication and traceability of products in critical industries. Prior to his role at Crane NXT, Mr. Saak served as president and CEO, mobility solutions at Vontier Corporation (a global technology leader serving the retail convenience market) from June 2022 to November 2022 and president of Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a subsidiary of Vontier Corporation, from February 2018 to June 2022. Prior to Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Mr. Saak held senior leadership roles with Tyco International and his career also includes a ten-year tenure at General Electric.
Mr. Saak also serves on the board of Crane NXT.
