Todd W. Fister

Mr. Fister joined the A. O. Smith Board of Directors in April 2024 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Since September 2023, Mr. Fister has served as chief financial officer of Owens Corning, a global manufacturer of building and composite material systems. He previously was president of its insulation segment from 2019 to 2023. He was vice president of global insulation and strategy and managing director of Foamglas and European insulation. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2014, Mr. Fister spent seven years at MeadWestvaco (now known as WestRock).

Mr. Fister serves as a member of Owens Corning’s Executive Committee.
