Todd W. Fister

Mr. Fister joined the A. O. Smith Board of Directors in April 2024 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Since Aug. 10, 2026, Mr. Fister has served as president and chief operating officer of Owens Corning, a global manufacturer of building and composite material systems. He was executive vice president and chief financial and operating officer from May 2026 to August 2026. He previously was chief financial officer from 2023 to 2026 and president of its insulation segment from 2019 to 2023. He has also served as vice president of global insulation and strategy and managing director of Foamglas and European insulation. Prior to joining Owens Corning in 2014, Mr. Fister spent seven years at MeadWestvaco (now known as WestRock).

Mr. Fister serves as a member of Owens Corning’s Executive Committee.
