Victoria M. Holt

Ms. Holt joined the A. O. Smith Board of Directors in April 2021 and serves as chairperson of the Nominating & Governance Committee and as a member of the Personnel & Compensation Committee.
Ms. Holt was president and chief executive officer of Proto Labs Inc. from 2014 until her retirement in March 2021. Proto Labs, Inc. is a leading on-time and technology enabled rapid manufacturer of custom prototypes and on-demand product parts with manufacturing facilities in five countries. Ms. Holt previously was president and CEO of Spartech Corporation, a leading provider of plastic sheet, compounds and packaging products, from 2010 until its sale to PolyOne in 2013. Prior to Spartech, Ms. Holt was senior vice president of Glass & Fiberglass at PPG Industries, Inc., a leading coatings and specialty products company, from 2003 to 2010.
Ms. Holt served as a director of Proto Labs from 2014 to 2021. Ms. Holt serves on the boards of Waste Management Inc., Piper Sandler Companies and Process Sensing Technologies. She was an independent director of Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company until its sale to Tinicum in January 2021.
